Our orthopaedic services include the following:

• Assessment and management of acute orthopaedic injuries including sport and work-related injuries
• Referral for scans or review by a specialist
• Pre-operative preparation
• Comprehensive post-operative rehabilitation, including wound care, graded exercise programs, return to sport and return to work strategies
• Application of all types of casts, splints and fracture braces, and
• Application of orthopaedic braces and boots

We work closely with orthopaedic surgeons and general practitioners when managing patient’s care. Extend Physiotherapy are able to see you in hospital at Calvary Hospital as well as pre and post surgery.
