Extend HealthCo was founded in Wagga Wagga in 2015 on the premise that physiotherapy can make a difference to people’s quality of life. In 2022, we expanded our vision, our location and our team to provide holistic healthcare for more of our community. We now have therapists who are trained in physiotherapy, exercise physiology, occupational therapy and dietetics. Our therapists are practitioners who are passionate about helping people optimise function regardless of age, disability, illness or injury.

We’re so excited to welcome Grace to the Extend HealthCo team as our newest Exercise Physiologist, and she’s already loving it! Grace completed her Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney after initially beginning in Sport and Exercise Science. Once she learnt more about the different allied health pathways, she quickly realised Exercise Physiology was the perfect fit for her.
Outside of the clinic, Grace loves staying active, currently playing netball and tennis - and spending time with friends or walking her dog, Spencer! She’s a passionate Swans supporter (predicting a big year!) and also a Roosters fan.
What Grace enjoys most about working at Extend is the variety of patients she sees and how genuinely lovely and motivated everyone is. She especially loves hearing patients’ success stories when they return and share their progress - it’s what makes the job so rewarding.
Fun fact: while at uni Grace worked as a private swimming teacher and even taught swimming lessons at Russell Crowe’s house! 🏊♀️
